1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 55zz online betting and casino platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members"). This document forms a legally binding agreement.

3.2 Multiple Account Restriction

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, 55zz reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your details change (such as your mobile number or email), notify 55zz immediately. The platform will not be responsible for any complications arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 55zz platform:

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Policy

Please keep the following important points regarding bonuses in mind:

• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular members can be promoted to 55zz's VIP program. Cashback benefits are offered across three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The following general terms apply when playing any game available on the 55zz platform — sports betting, casino, slots, fishing, and bingo:

• Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game itself.
• If a game result changes due to a technical error, the affected bets may be cancelled or restored.
• If a disconnection occurs during betting, any changes to the balance will be calculated according to the server's records.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server logs will be treated as final evidence.
